Orlando was our service technician. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he was doing. The HVAC system is only 4 years old and he determined in less than 30 minutes the issue that the installation company couldn't figure out in 4 visits. Highly recommend Orlando and One Choice Mechanical.
Excellent work and staff. Worked with me on getting a new system in immediately. Zack, Bryce and Raymond got it done within a day even though there were some surprises. One Choice Mechanical was super helpful. Our AC was not working, so they came out and gave it a look. They were super professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Alex and Sean did their inspection and walked us through what happened (turns out changing your filter is more important than you think) and steps to fix if it happens again. Thank you, guys!
We called in the morning because our air conditioning wouldn’t kick on. It was 80 degrees outside with 90s approaching. They were able to come out that afternoon and address the issue. The technician was professional and prompt. He even stayed an extra hour to go ahead and do our maintenance on the unit to ensure everything was running smoothly. Thank you One Choice Mechanical!
They are prompt and professional. I would recommend them easily. They really helped me out in a bind and come as soon as they could. My hvac tech Orlando was very informative and friendly. He explained the issues and provided pictures of everything that was accomplished. He deserves a nice steak dinner! lol
Alex came out to my home on an emergency run to see why my AC wasn't working. Checked everything over and found the issue and had it back up and running in no time. Very professional and quick to respond. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
