Orlando was our service technician. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he was doing. The HVAC system is only 4 years old and he determined in less than 30 minutes the issue that the installation company couldn't figure out in 4 visits. One Choice Mechanical was super helpful. Our AC was not working, so they came out and gave it a look. They were super professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We called in the morning because our air conditioning wouldn’t kick on. It was 80 degrees outside with 90s approaching. They were able to come out that afternoon and address the issue. They are prompt and professional. I would recommend them easily. They really helped me out in a bind and come as soon as they could. My hvac tech Orlando was very informative and friendly. He explained the issues and provided pictures of everything that was accomplished. He deserves a nice steak dinner! lol
